Data Deletion and Correction
Certificate holders can correct their certificate data, unpublish a certificate or request deletion of their personal information. The fastest route is the holder portal, which handles it instantly with a code sent by email. The form on this page is for third parties, authorized agents, California privacy requests (including Do Not Sell or Share) and cases that need manual review.
Is it your certificate? There is a faster way
Sign in to the holder portal, confirm the 6-digit code sent to the email address used at issuance and unpublish or request deletion instantly, with no manual review. Once you unpublish, the page stops being available right away.
The form below remains available for third parties, authorized agents and cases the portal cannot resolve on its own, such as correcting a misspelled name.
Formal request
How to request a correction or deletion
Use the form to request a correction of certificate data, deletion of your personal information or a private credential. California residents can also use it to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Requests by email are accepted too.

Record
What happens to the verifiable record?
Deleting personal information does not erase the issuance history. That distinction keeps verification reliable for anyone who has already received the document.
When you make a certificate private or delete your personal information, your information is no longer shown on any public page. Only the certificate number and its status remain in the record, with no holder information, to preserve the integrity of verification. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
